1.CREATIVE EXECUTIVE (FULL TIME/PART TIME)
Job Scope:
- Photography and photo editing; Styling and assistance during shoots
- Developing graphic designs (including product images, splash page previews, electronic updates, promotional and advertorial banners)
- Uploading of products and product descriptions
- In charge of forming themes and developing weekly e-magazines/previews in a refreshing and innovative manner 

Minimum: Diploma in Art/Graphic Design/Multimedia or equivalent
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, basic PHP & HTML knowledge

Innovative, dynamic and constantly willing to experiment with new ideas
Self-motivated, able to work independently and perform well under stress and strict deadline constraints.

2. CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE (FULL TIME/PART TIME)
Job Scope:
- Process orders, forms and requests
- Serve customers via email/phone.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Keep records and manage customer accounts, interactions and transactions- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints and actions taken
- Manage administration
- Follow up on customer interactions

Requirements: 5 day work week
-Able to commit to overtime when required
-Minimum A’Level/ Diploma/Degree
-A strong command of written and spoken English; fast and accurate typing skills
-Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
-Knowledge of relevant computer applications and administrative procedures
-Able to work independently, multi-task and work well under pressure

3.PACKERS (FULL TIME/PART TIME)
Job Scope:
- Checking of orders
- Stock take
- Packing of parcels for mailing out.
